Premade Pizza crust 1 cooked diced chicken breast no skin 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce 1/2 Cup Light of Fat free Ranch dressing 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup Pepper Jack
Using a premade crust saves a lot of time I use a 12 in but a 8 or 16 will work to but changes calorie counts. Make sure chicken is cut small. Put ranch on crust then buffalo sauce. Spread chicken on crust then cheese and bake in oven for 10 min at 450. Let stand for 5 min cut into 8 slices. Serving size is 2 pieces.
