Ingredients

    1 - large egg
    5 grams skim milk
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

In a small microwave bowl break an egg, add milk, salt and pepper and whip.
Place in microwave and cook on high for 1 minute.

Makes 1 scrambled egg = 1 serving
