Introduction

This is spicy and sweet and very easy to make to your own tastes. It's a great way to wake up a bowl full of spinach or a veggie salad. The sweetness is a nice surprise without the calories. Ingredients

    1 ripe Haas avocado
    6 oz container of Kroger Carbmaster Vanilla Yogurt
    2T lemon juice
    1T chili powder
    1 tsp grated fresh ginger root
    dash of salt (opt)

Directions

Skin and seed avocado fruit and blend in food processor. Add yogurt and blend again. Add lemon juice, chili powder, fresh ginger, salt and blend. Adjust seasonings if desired. Makes about 12 oz. 1/4C per serving
