Hamburger Soup

Submitted by: HCANWELL

Introduction

This recipe is simple and so wonderful. My boss made it for work one day and it has become a regular at our house. I sometimes add a little extra barley to make it go a little further. I hope you enjoy. I had to guess a little bit with the amounts of ingredients just because the reciple calculator doesn't always love my ingredients! This recipe is simple and so wonderful. • Very nice winter soup. I don't like bay leaf, so left it out. Otherwise, we like this very much. Lots of room to vary the recipe to what is in the fridge on any given day. - 11/30/09
