Chicken Fajita Soup

Ingredients

    Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup (remove)
    Frozen grilled chicken breast strips, 15 oz (remove)
    Frozen summer vegetables, 14 oz(remove)
    Frozen seasoning blend, 1 cup (remove)
    no salt added diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz(remove)
    taco bell taco seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Saute seasoning blend and summer vegetables in chicken broth. Add chicken and stir until tender. Add tomatoes and taco seasoning. Stir well and serve.

Top with fat free cheddar cheese and sour cream or serve with whole wheat pitas or tortillas. To reduce sodium use fresh chicken.
