Introduction

A wonderful dressing for a rice based salad with grapes, apples, chicken, nuts, and/or dried fruit. A wonderful dressing for a rice based salad with grapes, apples, chicken, nuts, and/or dried fruit.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Juice of one lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
    2 Tbsp Tahini
    2 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain
    1 Tbsp Honey
    Water (to desired consistency, about 1/4-1/2 c)

Directions

Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate.
Makes approximately 8 servings @ 1.5 Tbsp each
