Spicy Black Bean & Veggie Soup

Introduction

This is a great soup for those cold winter days! It is extremely healthy and tastes like "soul food." This is a great soup for those cold winter days! It is extremely healthy and tastes like "soul food."
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2, 15 oz cans Black Beans
    1, 8 oz can Green Beans
    1, 8 oz can Corn
    1, 14.5 oz can Diced Tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 medium zucchini
    1 medium summer squash
    1 small bell pepper
    2.5 cups Chicken Broth
    1 cup carrots
    1/2 cup celery
    1 cup fresh diced tomatoes
    *Chili seasoning and/or cayenne pepper to spice it up!

Directions

Add all the ingredients to a large pot. Boil on medium/high for 1 hour.
