Ingredients

2 Carrots, chopped
2 Celery stalks, chopped
1 Large onion, chopped
28-ounce can diced tomatoes
2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 7-ounce cans clams
1 + 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 Bay leaf, whole
1 + 1/2 teaspoons thyme
Tabasco
Directions
Stir ingredients together in a crock pot and cover. Cook at Low heat for 8 to 10 hours. Offer Tabasco @ the table. Serves 4 to 6.
