Too easy to give anything but the ingredients!I started adding olive oil instead of butter to cooked veggies and did the same with potatoes. My four boys and hubby ask for my special potatoes and gobble them up! Too easy to give anything but the ingredients!
I started adding olive oil instead of butter to cooked veggies and did the same with potatoes. My four boys and hubby ask for my special potatoes and gobble them up!

Ingredients

Red, white or gold potatoes, cut in rough cubes boiled until just barely tender
Olive oil, not too heavy, watch those calories!
A sprinkling of Kosher salt, bigger salt granules seem to taste extra yummy
Several grinds of black pepper
Directions
Boil and drain the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil and gently toss. Sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh black pepper.
