Introduction

Homemade trail mix with out the salt and added oil. Homemade trail mix with out the salt and added oil.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Pumpkin seeds, 1 cup
    Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Almonds, 1 cup, whole
    Dried Cherries, .5 cup

Directions

Mix together. Can also add dark chocolate chips for some more calories. I buy oil free, salt and sugar free nuts and seeds. Look for dried cherries with out added oil and corn syrup! Dried cranberries are also tasty. I buy my ingredients at Trader Joe's.
