Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 egg white
    1 container WW Vanilla Yogurt
    1 tblspn canola oil
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 1/2 tspn baking soda
    1/4 tspn salt
    1/2 tspn cinnamon
    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup sweetened applesauce

Directions

Pg 72 in WW New Complete Cookbook (Tweeked a bit)

1. In a blender, combine the egg, egg white, yogurt oil & applesauce; blend until smooth. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; blend. Add the oats and blend.

2. Spray a griddle or large skillet w/ nonstick cooking spray' heat. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter for each pancake onto the griddle' cook until bubbles form around the edges on top, 2-3 minutes. Flip over; cook until browned, about 2 minutes longer. Serve at once. Top w/ maple syrup if desired (syrup not included in the numbers)
