1.3 pounds thin sliced chicken breast
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Garlic
1 dash black pepper
1/8 tsp Onion powder
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Fat Free mozzarella
Line chicken breasts in oven safe pan
Mix oil, lemon juice, lime juice, black pepper, onion and eggs together.
Brush over the top of the chicken (I didn't actually use all of this!)
Dust Garlic over Chicken
Dust evenly breadcrumbs over chicken
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken
Sprinkle Mozzarella over the chicken
Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Makes 6 servings when served with a side!
