Ingredients


    * Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 0.5 cup kernels
    * Water chestnuts, .25 cup slices
    * Corn Starch, .25 cup

Directions

Add all but corn start to a saucepan heat to boiling. Put 1/4 C water in a small bowl, add corn starch, mix till smooth. Slowly add to mixture in pan, heat till thick and serve warm.
