Ingredients

8 cups Acorn Squash
8 Tbsp. Margarine
1 cup, unpacked, Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped fine
Directions
Peel and cube squash.
Add water and cook until tender.
Add margarine, brown sugar, Cinnamon, Salt & Pecans. Simmer until flavors blend.
Serve
