Shortbread Cookies

Number of Servings: 120

Ingredients

    1.5 cups butter, salted
    1 TBL. Vanilla extract
    1 cup powdered sugar
    3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions

In mixing bowl, cream butter with mixer on medium. Add vanilla and powdered sugar to the butter and cream together.
With mixer on low add flour. Mix until just blended.
Pour dough out onto plastic. Form dough into a disk, wrap and refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours.
Roll dough to 1/8" thickness. Cut to desired shape and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in 350 degree oven 14-16 minutes. Do not let them brown.
