Harvest Muffins

Introduction

Pumpkin Muffins Pumpkin Muffins
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. Sugar
    1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
    2 lg. Eggs
    1 c. Canned Pumpkin
    1 c. Flour
    1 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. of each: Allspice, Cinnamon, Cloves & Nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. Oats

Directions

Mix together wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl and add slowly to the wet ingredients. Pour into a greased loaf pan or muffin pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 hr 15 min for bread and about 25 min for muffins. Makes 1 loaf or about 14 muffins.
