Preheat oven to 375*. Stir together flour, oats, baking soda, salt and nuts. In separate bowl beat bananas and butter. Add brown sugar and egg; beat until completely mixed. Add dry ingredients and stir until just blended. Spoon into greased muffin pan or paper muffin cups filling to about 3/4 full. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Makes about 1 dozen muffins.
