Sherri's meatloaf

Introduction

This is my meatloaf specialty. When I make it for my family, I have to double the recipe because a single won't feed them all! This is my meatloaf specialty. When I make it for my family, I have to double the recipe because a single won't feed them all!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    3 lb. meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal; 2 pkg)
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 small onions, chopped
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 T. A-1 sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    Italian seasoning to taste (optional)
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except ketchup and barbecue sauce. Shape into loaf in ungreased rectangular pan, 13x9x2. Combine ketchup and barbecue sauce; spoon over top. Bake uncovered until done, 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 hours. Remove from pan.

Makes 12 servings.
