Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup chicken broth
    1 cup water
    2 cans (4 oz) tomato puree
    1 whole jalapeno, diced
    .5 Tbsp onion powder
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    5 Tbsp chili powder
    3 tsp cumin
    ¼ tsp black pepper
    ¼ tsp white pepper
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    salt to taste

Directions

Brown turkey.
Drain.
Return to pot and add tomato puree, chicken stock, spices and seasonings. Bring to a boil.


Place in slow cooker with chopped onion, chopped bell pepper and chopped jalapeno.

Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
