My Version of South Beach's Pumpkin Pie (NO CRUST)



Introduction

This is pretty good. I do miss the crust, but it simply isn't allowed on South Beach. I didn't notice an after taste like some people have mentioned with some recipes. It is still a nice treat if you like pumpkin. This is pretty good. I do miss the crust, but it simply isn't allowed on South Beach. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup Splenda
    2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters
    2/3 cup Fat free half and half
    1 tsp Vanilla flavoring

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a oiled pie pan. Bake in preheated oven until done.
