Eliki's Garden Vegetable Leftover Soup

Introduction

We had leftover "Easy Ratatouille" and a bunch of great veggies, and dark quinoa (also leftover from a previous meal this week) so my husband made some soup by adding more fresh broccoli, carrot, mushroom and a tablespoon of olive oil and some additional dill for spice.. . Ingredients

    This recipe used +/- 2 cups of leftover Easy Ratatoille (find it in SparkPeople recipes)
    1 cup of raw mushrooms (crimini)
    1 med. carrot
    1 stalk of broccoli
    2/3 cup of frozen sweet corn
    2 tsp of Bragg Amino Liquid
    1 tsp of dill (seasoning)
    5 cups of water
    1 Tbsp olive oil

    (Not precise)


Directions

Dump everything in soup pan. Heat, and serve. (Heheh. I don't know...it's pretty simple.) Just trying to track my calories without entering everything individually. :)
