Ingredients

500 gr chicken breast
1 leek sliced
1 onion sliced fine
25gr l/f marg
1 cup chicken stock
45gr corn flour
35 l/f thickened cream
40 skim milk
1.5 tsp mustard
2.5 sheets l/f puff pastry
Directions
dry fry chicken breast until browned , the cool and shred, put aside
melt marg , add leek and onion cook till soft
add mustard
add flour
add stock stiring 5 mins
add milk and cream stir till thickens
add chicken and tarragon (1 tsp and pepper to season)
stir
blind bake pastry bottom ,( 1, 1/2 sheets)
add cicken and top , put vents in top of pastry
cook for 20-30 mins ( oven 175-200)
