Introduction

my moms recipe i have always used, mostly made on birthdays or when we have time for something special my moms recipe i have always used, mostly made on birthdays or when we have time for something special
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 to 1- 1/2 head cabbage
    1 -1/2 lb hamburger
    1/2 c brown rice (cooked)
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 small bottle of ketchup
    sal/pepper to taste
    2 eggs

Directions

boil cabbage untill soft and can pull apart
put a layer of cabbage on the bottom,
mix eggs, prepared rice, beef, and salt/pepper
roll mix into cabbage pieces mix soups and ketchup, pour over top of rolled cabbage, layer another layer of cabbage over top in roasting pan. cover with foil and bake 2 hrs or more
