Introduction

Yummy Fall breakfast that's high in fiber and betacarotene! Yummy Fall breakfast that's high in fiber and betacarotene!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup dry Bob's Red Mill Steel cut oats to 3 cups water
    3/4 cup pumpkin (not pie mix)
    3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    4 TB brown sugar or real maple syrup

Directions

Prepare Steel Cut Oats according to directions.
Add in pumpkin, spice and sugar. Mix and enjoy!
Optional 1/2 oz walnuts to each serving.
Makes 6 -1/2 cup servings
