the recipe said to use condense milk but I can not find it in the add food to recipe, that is why I use sugar
dissolve the unflavoured gelatine in 1/2 cup
hot water stir it good then ad 1/2 cup cold water it it stir let it stand 5 min,

now ad the unflavoured gelatine mixture in.
make sure that it dissolved good
and then the fruit cocktail ( to reduce the calorie you can rinse the fruit cocktail with water)
poor it in a PIREX DISH OR YOU CAN ALSO POOR IT IN MUFFIN PANS.

the recipe said to use sweetened condense milk but I can not find it in the add food to recipe that is why I use sugar

you can also make sugar free jello different colour and add it too the mixture.
Make the jello seperately put them in the fridge when there ready cut them in bocks then add them to the milk mixture with ease so that the jellos would not disolve the jellos have to remain in blocks. you can use green, red, yellow and orange
Let stand in the fridge over night
then dig in and eat
