Light strawberry dessert.

Introduction

It's so good that it's hard to believe it's so light!! It's so good that it's hard to believe it's so light!!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cottage cheese, 6%, 400 gram (I use cheese that's already mixed with cream. You can use 0%fat cheese mixed with 3 tbsp sour cream)
    Egg white, 2
    Egg, fresh, 1
    Flour, white, 0.5 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 5 grams (or use butter spray)
    Raisins, 40 grams
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (or 1 large), sliced
    Apples, fresh, 1(peeled, sliced)
    Strawberries, fresh, 8 large (cut into thin slices)
    Dark Cocolate, (30 grams grated)

Directions

1. Cheese, egg whites and 1 egg mix in mixer, add flour.
2. Grease frying pan or baking tray with butter, or spray with non-stick sparay.
3. On the bottom place bananas, apples and raisins. Pour dough over fruit.
4. Prehit oven and bake pie for 25 minutes.
5. Take the pie out and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.
6. Turn the pie over so the fruit are on top.
Sprinkle with half of chocolate and cover with slices of strawberries.Sprinkle with chocolate.
Makes 8 servings.
