Easy Potato Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Frozen Potatoes O Brien, whole bag
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 6 cup
    Land O Lakes, Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil, 2 Tbsp
    Bisquick (flour will work too), 2 Tbsp
    Turkey Bacon , 8 slices, diced and cooked crispy
    Instant Mashed Potato Flakes, 1 cup
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, black, to taste

Directions

Warm up the Potatoes in a dutch over or soup pan. Add the broth. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 min. Slightly Mash the potatoes with potato masher. While potatoes are cooking, Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Blend in Bisquick, salt and pepper; cook until smooth and bubbly. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling on medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir and boil 1 minute. Slowly pour flour mixture into soup while stirring. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and then Add potato flakes to thicken to desired thickness. Add turkey bacon and simmer until ready to serve. Add more salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot with
