Cajun Seasoning

Submitted by: CKBYMOMMY

Introduction

Most cajun seasonings call for a lot of salt, if you like it saltier and don't have a problem with blood pressure, you can add more. You can also add 3 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp oregano and 1/2 tsp basil in the mix as well. • I added the extra seasoning and and only put 1tsp of garlic salt with parsley. With high blood pressure this recipe still had too much sodium for me. - 1/11/13
