    1 pound beef cut for stew
    1.5 pounds of red potatoes, quartered
    1 pound baby carrots
    1 large onion
    1 can whole tomatoes with juice
    32 ounces chicken broth

Directions

combine all ingredients in crockpot. cook on low for 8 hours.
