Chicken Pita

Introduction

Quick chicken and pita meal Quick chicken and pita meal
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 chicken breast w/o skin, cut into strips
    1/2 c green pepper
    3 large onion slices
    1/2 medium whole tomato
    1 TBS veg oil
    1 pita

Directions

Put veg oil in small frying pan. Add chicken breast strips and sautee until about 1/2 cooked. Season with garlic salt and pepper. When chicken is cooked about half way through, add green pepper and onion. Just before green pepper and onion are cooked add tomato and cook for about 2 min. Serve on top of pita. May be served with some tzaziki if desired. (Tzazki is just cucumber, lemon juice and sour cream)
