Sauteed Zucchini and Squash

Introduction

My husband hates vegetables but he will eat this! My husband hates vegetables but he will eat this!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 medium zucchini (about 2 cups) sliced thin
    1 medium yellow squash (about 2 cups) sliced thin
    3 Tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Butter (basically enough to lightly coat the veggies)
    1/2 tsp Garlic Salt (more or less to taste)
    **I added Penzey's Pasta Sprinkle and it kicked up the flavor without adding any more salt

Directions

Slice the veggies fairly thin, about 1/8 of an inch. Add butter to saute pan and coat bottom. When butter is melted, add garlic salt. Add veggies and toss to coat. Cook over medium heat until tender. Makes 4 1-cup servings.

**You can also use Olive Oil instead of the butter.
