Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Large Potatoes
    3 Tbsp. EVOO
    3 tsp. Soy Sauce
    1 tsp. Curry Powder
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Wash and cut potatoes in 8 wedges each. Place on baking sheet.
Mix all other ingredients together and pour over potatoes, toss to cover potatoes well. Bake at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
