Pineapple Ham & Rice

8 oz. extra lean turkey ham, diced
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp dry mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Spoon into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray and bake for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
