Sweet Rolled Omelet

Ingredients

    1 egg
    1 tsp soy sauce
    Just a small splash of rice vinegar
    2 tsp sugar
    Little bit of water

Directions

Break egg into mixing bowl and whisk until yolk is completely broken up. Add the other ingredients and whisk again, try not to whip and cause bubbles. Use a small-medium frying pan and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Pour in mixture and let sit. Make sure the bottle looks evenly cooked before you begin to roll it over onto itself. Not like a normal omlet, you continue to roll it like a towel. When lightly toasted on either side, all done!
