Pork loin (chops), 1 lb (remove)
Chili powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked (remove)
*Cumin (ground), 2 tsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (remove)
i always end up w/ leftover rub which my husband likes to add to his meal. ;)
you can easily stretch this rub over more than the four chops i used here. the NI is based on 4 chops at 1/4 lb each.
*makes 4 chops (1/4 lb each)
rub can be used on any meat. steak is particularly yummy!
