Introduction

Amazing dense. moist & chewy....you'd never guess they are so healthy! Amazing dense. moist & chewy....you'd never guess they are so healthy!
Number of Servings: 22

Ingredients

    Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tbsp
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cups
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Splenda, 1/4 c
    Fat free yogurt (plain or vanilla), .5 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .3 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Egg white, 2 servings
    Flax Seed Meal, 2Tbs
    Raisins, .25 c

Directions

1. mix wet ingredients

2 slowly add in dry

3. fold in raisins

4. bake 375 for 23 min in a sprayed muffin tin

5. enjoy! (great served with fat free cream cheese!)
