Bacon and Cheese Frittata - not low fat!

Introduction

I'm sure that this can use turkey bacon and a 2% shredded mozzerella just as well
I used a cast iron skillet to cook this

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 eggs
    2 Tblsp 2% milk
    1 Cup shredded Parmesan Cheese
    8 slices cooked bacon
    1/8 Cup of dried oregano
    1 Tbsp of dried basil

Directions

Cook the bacon and crumble into pieces
Mix together the eggs, milk spices, 3/4 cheese and bacon
remove bacon fat from pan - I put back about a Tblsp
Pour into 8" oven safe pan
Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 20 min
After 20 min, remove from oven, spread remaining 1/4 cup of cheese on the top, put back in oven for 10 min or if you like it browner, leave in longer
Slice into 8 pieces
