My Stuffed Cabbage

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    12 boiled cabbage leaves, 1 and 1/2 pounds lean ground beef, one egg, 1/4 cup italian bread crumbs, 1 cup marinara or veggie spaghetti sauce

Directions

Boil and drain cabbage leaves. (I boil the head and peal the leaves off that I need, then chop the rest for coleslaw).

Mix together beef, egg and bread crumbs. Divide into 12 sections. Roll each section into a cabbage leaf and layer in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Pour spaghetti sauce over top and bake at 350 for one hour.

one cabbage roll = one serving
