2 tablespoons butter (Fleischmann's Olive Oil Spread w/ Sea Salt)
    1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

Makes about 6 2-tablespoon servings.

Cook milk, cornstarch, and butter in a saucepan on low heat for about 3-5 minutes, until butter is melted and sauce thickens a little. Mock hollandaise is a tricky beast but this is a great version. I used 2 egg white and 1 egg yolk plus upped the cayenne and used lemon instead of vinegar. The underlying white sauce is bland so spice really takes the flavour up a notch. - 10/19/12
