Granola

Ingredients

    .25 cup honey
    .25 cup vegetable oil
    2 TBSP Splenda
    4 tsp vanilla extract
    4 cups old fashioned oats dry
    .75 cups whole almonds crushed
    1/8 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/3cup brown sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 F.

Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.

Put oil, honey and Splenda into a small pot and bring to a simmer. Once simmer is reached add vanilla. Remove from heat.

In a seperate bowl combine all remaining ingredients and mix together. Then blend in vanilla mixture and mix well.

Place mixture on cookie sheet and bake 20-30 minutes. Let cool on tray.
