Introduction

Easy stir fry Easy stir fry
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    6 oz. Chicken Thigh meat
    1 tsp Corn Starch
    1 tsp Garlic
    1 tsp Fresh Ginger root
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    6 oz. Rice Noodles
    3 Tbsp Wegmans Peanut Thai sauce
    2 cups Birdseye Broccoli Stri-fry
    1 tbsp Thai kitchen Premium fish sauce
    Pam or any other non-stick spray
    1/2 cup Vegetarian Stock or water

Directions

Soak noodles in cold water for 20-30 minutes

Dice chicken thighs into bite size pieces

Combine Fish Sauce, Soy Sauce and corn starch and mix until combined.
Add chicken to mixture and marinate 10-15 minutes

Spray a large pan or Wok with Pam and add chicken and saute for 3-4 minute, add garlic and ginger. saute additional 3-4 minutes
add stock and vegetables, cook until vegetables are tender.

drain and add noodles and peanut sauce.
mix all ingredients well and serve hot.
