    1 cup nonfat Milk - FROZEN IN ICECUBE TRAY
    1 medium Banana - PEELED AND FROZENFROZEN

    Light Whipping Cream, .5 cup, fluid
    *Stevia NuStevia powder 1 packet (1g), 5 packets
    *French Vanilla Flavoring, 1 tbsp
    *Black Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped

Directions

PRE-FREEZE banana and nonfat milk

Put all ingredients into food processor

Whiz until creamy.
