Bacon & Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

Introduction

Original recipe from Kraft.com. I tweaked the recipe a little bit! Original recipe from Kraft.com. I tweaked the recipe a little bit!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-1/2 lb. potatoes (about 4), quartered
    1/2 cup Light Sour Cream
    4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled(I used Hormel Black Label Maple Flavored)
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Directions

COOK potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 min. or until tender; drain.

MASH potatoes. Add sour cream, milk, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.

STIR in cheese.

Makes 8 servings, 1/2 cup each.
