1 lb. Venison thin sliced
1 TBL vegetable oil
1 C chopped onion
1 can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
4 TBL Reduced Fat Sour Cream
2 C Frozen Green Beans
1/4 tsp Paprika
2. Remove meat, lower heat to medium, saute chopped onion until softened.
3. Add green beans, stir in soup and paprika. Heat to boil.
4. Stir in sour cream and venison. Lower heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Serve over pasta or baked potato for a hearty meal.
Makes 5 1-cup servings
