White Chicken Chilli

Introduction

I just made this following the McCormick White Chicken Chilli packet. I added 4 chicken breasts and a can of diced tomatoes. Also I substituted the water for chicken broth. It was delish! Ingredients

    1 pack of McCormicks White Chicken Chilli mix
    4 Tysons Chicken Breasts
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can of navy beans
    1 can of white beans
    1 cup of chicken broth
    1/2 onion
    1 medium red pepper

Directions

Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add Chicken and cook until no longer pink. Add chicken broth and seasoning packet...stir and then add the rest of the cans of goodness. Simmer covered for about 1/2 hour or until you are ready to eat. Enjoy!
