Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
    Light Flora (UK), 25 g (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, small (5" long) (remove)
    Parsley, 100 grams (remove)
    Plain white flour (UK), 25 g (remove)
    *Kitchen Basics Natural Vegetable Cooking Stock, 4 cup (remove)

Directions

Melt marg and add chopped onion, parsley and celery. Stir in flour and cook for a couple of minutes. Add stock. Simmer for 25 minutes, allow to cool slightly and blend. Can be served with a dollop of sour crea (add on extra calories for this)
