Introduction

NOTE: I have halved the recipe and used Fat Free & Low Fat ingredients.... This is DELICIOUS !!!

Original Ingredients:
1- 8 0z pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tbls liquid from Salad Olives
1 Cup chopped Salad Olives (Cheapest Kind)
1/2 Cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Original Ingredients:
1- 8 0z pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Mayo
2 Tbls liquid from Salad Olives
1 Cup chopped Salad Olives (Cheapest Kind)
1/2 Cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Great Value Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 4 oz (remove)
    Hellman's Low Fat Mayonnaise, .25 cup (remove)
    Pecans, .33 cup, chopped (remove)
    juice of Spanish Olives, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Manzanilla Spanish Olives, .50 cup (remove)

Directions

Chop Pecans, set aside
Combine Cheese, Mayo & Olive Juice & process, then add Olives (pulse a few x's , then add pecans, pulse only to combine) then put in container and refrigerate to combine the flavors.

Stuff Celery, fill finger sandwiches, on crackers.

Makes 18 Tablespoons, 1 week in refrigerator (if it lasts that long)

Thin a little more with juice and use as a dip with veggies
