Introduction

I collected dozens of muffin recipes and finally just made one of my own to suit my needs of high fiber and good taste. These are low calorie as well. • It is the best recipe of all the muffins I have tried. Moist but high fibre and protein. I add 1 scoop of protein powder to up the already high protein content. I recently baked it in an 8 x 12 cake pan and cut them into scquare. Great for taking to an outing. Also add raisins/other dried fruit - 7/10/07

  • I've made this recipe three times now and I love it! The muffins are not very sweet so I like to have them with a little apple butter or peanut butter. Easy to make and very tasty. - 3/6/07
