Introduction

low calorie, carb, and very delish! low calorie, carb, and very delish!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 medium eggs
    2 large egg whites
    chicken broth 6 cups
    1/2 tsp soy sauce
    dash of ground ginger

Directions

Boil chicken broth
mix egg whites and eggs together.
Add ginger to boiling broth
Beat in eggs slowly to broth
cook about 1 minute
Add in soy sauce
cook about 1 minute longer

ready to serve!

makes 6 1- cup servings
