Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 egg
    1 slice gluten free flaxseed bread or 1/4 cup bread crumbs
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Italian Seasoning (or regular italian seasoning
    dash of salt and pepper
    PAM

Directions

Preheat oven to 400F and lightly spray broiler pan with Pam.\
mix remaining ingredients together and form 20 balls approximately small pingping ball size. place on broiler pan and bake 20 minutes.

use with tzatziki sauce
